Who to Contact?
If you have a problem or concern involving the schools, it can be
resolved faster if you contact the right person. If the concern involves any aspect of school life such as teacherstudent issues, course or textbook choice, contact the principal of that building. The principal can refer you to the right person who can help you.
If you follow the chain of command, the issue can be resolved faster. The majority of all concerns are resolved at the first step.
