The Ypsilanti Public Schools Board of Education will host two public forums, 7 p.m. Oct. 20 and Nov. 20 in room 138 of Ypsilanti High School, 2095 Packard Rd.
The purpose of the forum is to update stakeholders regarding the financial deficit the district is facing for the 2009-10 school year. The forum provides an opportunity for residents to make suggestions on how to reduce the deficit and propose actions that the board should consider to balance the budget. Details: (734) 714-1218.
