In compliance with the U.S. Office of Civil Rights Guidelines regarding Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title I of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, ADA, IDEA, and Special Education PA 451, all public school districts must annually notify the public of career and technical education offerings and give assurance of nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or handicap.

The following state approved career and technical education programs are available to high school students in the Lincoln, Willow Run and Ypsilanti Public Schools through the Regional Career Technical Center (RCTC) for the 2011-2012 school year:
- Automobile Technology
- Collision Repair
- Computer Systems Techology
- Construction Techology
- Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management / Culinary Cafe and Bakery
Interested students should check with their counselor for admission requirements. All programs follow the district's policies of nondiscrimination on the basis of race, sex, color, national origin or ancestry, age, marital status, handicap or Vietnam-era veteran status in all activities and in employment. In addition, arrangements can be made to ensure that the lack of English language skills is not a barrier to admission or participation
